Mojito without alcohol / 沒有酒精的Mojito

A trip to London and Cambridge this February

and Sandra and I, we had tried a French restaurant in Covent Garden

We both ordered a glass of Mojito but without alcohol

It was tasty, and surprisingly Sandra fell in love with this non-alcohol Mojito.

She checked the recipe of it, bought them the other day, and we tried to make it out in our kitchen.

Though the ingredients are simple, it was quiet complicated to make it taste like what we had.

We have to try it again and again. It is challenging.

2011 January 12th, sales in France began.

IT IS TIME TO SHOP !!!
I am not the kind of person who loves shopping but this is my first time sales experience in Paris.
so I have to kick my own ass out of this small apartment, force myself to do what people do here.
(or at least see what people are doing here )

The first day of sale, I went to Marais alone because I have to pick up my L'OFII (an ID for living in France),
then I met up with Lucille and Janice.

My shopping started.

Au Dernier Metro

Just moved to my new apartment last Friday and Jenny came right away at the same night

It is quite tired to guide someone in Paris
and if that person doesn't show any interest then it's even more exhausted...

Well, Jenny is a perfect tourist for me, pictures pictures pictures all the time :)

I should upload some pictures of my new apartment
but couldn't find any good timing to do it
because Lucille and Jenny both are staying here
and it's super messy now ( but I doubt if I would clean my room later or not.) 

but I promise I'll post some photos later ( for my mom)

媽 ! 終於搬進了新家 !!!
可是現在家裡還是很亂
所以我還不想把照片po上來
再過一陣子吧 !!

我很喜歡家裡附近的環境
甚麼都有
有水果店, 花店, 肉店, 起士店, 酒點, 巧克力店,
家樂福, 麵包店
唯一的缺點是我家沒有烤箱 !!!

Alors, Jenny and I we went to a restaurant called "Au Dernier Metro" the other night.

It's a good place for friends to hang. A small restaurant with Music, Beer and Great French Food.
plus, with an affordable price !
Dinner Menu which includes an entree, a main dish, and a dessert is only 19 euros.

所以問了朋友意見
就跑來這了家叫做Au Dernier Metro的餐廳酒吧
而且在這裡還算便宜
整個晚上的套餐也才19歐!!!

She didn't change at all, her laugh, her looking, and also her IQ. LOL

看! 這是李厚霖耶!!! 幾百年沒看到她了
但她還是沒有變, 身材還是一樣好, 哈哈
記得我們整個晚上都在聊天聊到早上四五點
不知道為甚麼可以那麼嗨

We went there in May..

I'm writing about this now, because I just found out the photos few weeks ago.

and another reason is that I hadn't started my blog until this June.

My another try of Michelin restaurants.

It is rated as a one star in 2010.
Can't remember everything right now, but I'll try to write down anything which is still in my mind.

A restaurant which is on the ground floor of the hotel "Abtei".
French cuisine.

The hotel is located in a super quiet neighborhood.

you will never notice this hotel or even the restaurant if you are not a keen person.
anyways, just google it !

為了躲雨, 在路上想找一家可以避雨的茶店,

於是我們找到了La Mosquée (伊斯蘭教的店)

在 Le Jardin des Plantes 後面的一個門出來就可以看到

是一個很舒服的地方

我從外面看就想進去參觀

不管這個地方是不是用餐的地方或是whatever

It rained suddenly when we were still in the jardin des plantes so we need to find a shelter...
and here is La Mosquée Paris !

Sunny days in October

Aujourd’hui il y a une fête de vendanges à Montmartre. La fête est juste à côté du musée de Montmartre. J’y suis allée avec Olga !!! C’est notre premier rendez-vous !

Nous avons déjeuné et bu de choses que nous n’avons jamais essayé auparavant! Par exemple, du vin et quelques plats locaux de régions spécifiques. C’était assez amusant et il faisait très beau !

Je suis toujours malade... Ca a déjà été une semaine comme ça.

Il y a une grève aujoud’hui parce que les gens ici sont en désaccord avec la décision du gouvernement pour le retarder l’âge de la retraite. C’est drôle de voir les gens conduire sur les trotoires !!! Cependant, la grève est dur pour moi, parce que normalement je prends le RER B pour aller à l’école mais aujoud’hui, il ne marche pas !!! Donc, je dois prendre l’autre métro et il m’a pris plus de temps pour arriver. Merde !

Ok, le dimanche dernier, je suis allé au Mont Saint-Michel avec Lucille. Il faisait trop beau ! Nous avons eu de la chance !! Et parce que nous sommes jaunes et que nous avons le visa français, nous ne devons pas payer les billets. GRATUIT !! Nous y sommes alors allés et nous avons vu qu’il y avait beaucoup de monde dans le premier restaurant donc nous pensons qu’il doit être le plus populaire restaurant là-bas !!! Nous avons eu un plat d’omelette avec une moitié d’homard et une tarte aux pommes !!! C’était trop cher !!! Incroyablement cher !!! Nous ne savions pas que l’omelette coutait 18 euros par 100g !! Et nous avons demandé 300g !!! Nous avons donc du payé 54 euros pour une omelette de merde !!!!!! Mais au moins, c’était délicieux...
