Coq au vin is the name of this restaurant. apparently it's a French one. 

I have to admit that it's kind of funny to have a extremely traditional french food in Germany.

but at least Frankfurt is a very international city :)

Coq au vin - Coq means rooster, Vin means wine

this plate is basically cooked with rooster and red wine

but I heard that people now also use white one for the similar plate called poulet au vin blanc (chicken in white wine)

這是一家叫作Coq au vin的法國餐廳

這也是一套很傳統的法國菜名:公雞和紅酒一起去煮

很有趣的是我在德國吃了這道很傳統的法國料裡

但真的不可否認的好吃

聽說現在也有人拿母雞和白酒一起煮

還沒有吃過所以不知道怎樣, 但真的很想吃吃看!!!

First, I'm going to talk about this restaurant.

As I remember, it is in the central of Frankfurt (anyways, Frankfurt is not a big city...)

The color of this restaurant is quite warm, and it doesn't look so luxury or extraordinary,

it is a family-look restaurant, waiters/ waitresses are easy-going, people there talk loudly, laugh,

you will be happy to eat there for sure :)

我先來講這家餐廳!

他外表很可愛, 暗暗的 (也許也是因為晚上)

店員都超熱血也超親切, 很像鄉村裡大家都很熟超熱情

跟你大聊天而且他門蠻吵的, 整家店有家庭聚會有朋友聚會

這只是水...但他的瓶子顏色好美喔

ok, ok, seriously, red wine :) 

because we had coq au vin and filet de porc aux champignons (porc with mushrooms) which is also YUM!

我們的酒!!! 因為我們都吃紅肉所以就配紅酒囉!!!

那旁邊的鮭魚奶油超像在Costco賣配Bego的醬!!! 沒有很特別但是好吃 !

生蠔啊!!! 好好吃喔!!! 我超愛的!!! 配那個醋的醬再加上檸檬好吃到不行

Michael's: Creme de potimarron aux amandes

Pumpkin soup ! SUPER CREAMY as you can see from the picture

看這個南瓜湯! 超級濃厚! 不知道怎麼煮的還要查一下

以前自己煮的時候好像都沒這樣濃

I have to say something... the photo sucks!!! or it is just because of the color of the food...

it is really really really delicious :D

這就是傳說中的Coq au vin! 照片實在看不出個所以然...

因為他其實就真的長這樣子...

但保證好吃拉:D

this is hmm how to call this? baked potato? yes, this comes with my Coq au vin!!! :D

看他還付這個焗烤馬鈴薯... 我的媽呀超肥 但這也超好吃的阿...

Michael's filet de porc aux champignons !!! I think i'll order this one instead if i come next time.

just can't help loving the cream sauce

麥可的豬肉+ 香菇

這也超好吃的!!! 其實都很好吃!!! 肉也不會太硬也不會太軟

再加上那個醬! 美味!

Dessert time: 

I forgot the name of this !!!! Oh la la Maybe "La mousse au chocolat"

這是巧克力慕司之類的... 我竟然忘記它是啥好糟糕...  好吃是好吃但我更喜歡樓下這道!!!

 and this, je l'adore ! Profiteroles au chocolat !!!

Vanilla ice in the middle with the sweet sweet Chocolate oh my... 

這個好好吃喔... 100分!

中間那香草冰淇淋加上超甜巧克力就是美味美味美味!!!

我沒有那麼喜歡巧克力但是這樣配真的好好吃 還要加上杏仁片!!!

Honestly, I like this restaurant.

Good for people in Frankfurt who want to have something french

People are nice there, they speak both german and french

and the menu as well :)

很喜歡這家餐廳

很舒服, 也不用穿甚麼小洋裝啊甚麼的(雖然我有穿)

大家都吵吵的好喜歡這種感覺

這裡的人也都會說德文跟法文

(我相信他們也會講英文拉, 畢竟德國人大部分都會講英文)

所以在德國法蘭克福的人,如果懷念或是想吃法國料裡的話

這家很推!!!

不過我現在在那裡還沒有遇過任何台灣人就是了..
