We went there in May..

I'm writing about this now, because I just found out the photos few weeks ago.

and another reason is that I hadn't started my blog until this June.

My another try of Michelin restaurants.

It is rated as a one star in 2010.
Can't remember everything right now, but I'll try to write down anything which is still in my mind.

A restaurant which is on the ground floor of the hotel "Abtei".
French cuisine.

The hotel is located in a super quiet neighborhood.

you will never notice this hotel or even the restaurant if you are not a keen person.
anyways, just google it !



其實我們五月就來了, 只是那時候沒有在寫部落格, 所以拖到現在才寫
那時候好像也沒有特別要把食物照的特別美, 我覺的照片都普普...
記得的東西也比較零碎, 不過還是想拿上來分享

他其實是一家旅館 "Abtei" 裡的一個法國料裡餐廳
旅館也有被推薦!

當我來到這個餐廳的時候, 很訝異他竟然開在這種地方
是一個很住宅的住宅區...哈哈
就是到處都是住屋, 誰都不會想到這裡有旅館或餐廳
我朋友知道這家也是因為他媽媽在網路上查到的, 也在這裡住過 :)

we had our aperitif and appetizer

一個房間讓我們享用開胃酒跟開胃小盤然後還要決定餐點

After we decided our menu in the guest room, we moved to the restaurant where we had our dinner :)

決定完要吃啥之後, 我們就被帶到另一個用餐的房間

See the cup of butter? they are just so delicious !!!
but i forgot to ask what they added in the green butter...
那個奶油很特別, 綠綠的那個也都是奶油味但是我不知道他還添加了甚麼...
應該要問問的 !!! :(

For us, everything was so perfect except their cheese..(the one on the upper right)

the taste was too heavy.

(a Taiwanese and a German, just want to emphasize that not only Asian don't like its taste)

我們覺得這全部的食物都很好

除了這一盤右上角的羊起司

他味道太重了... 而且我們吃的好飽, 都快把這個給吐出來了 哈哈

不太記得, 這好像是那裡的小姐送的, 但是我們吃超撐...

*Service*
C'est formidable !!!
There was only one woman here.
I think it is enough because it is not a giant hotel with 40 floors or what.
It is just a small homey place with few customers...
The woman there has plenty of time with each table and with each customer.
She smiles, she explains everything with patience.

Nothing has to be worried :)

People who is planning to visit Hamburg should definitely go there to try the gourmet out !!!
SUPER RECOMMEND THE "PRINZ FREDERIK"

只有一個小姐在這裡服務
因為這裡非常之小
我記得那個晚上只有兩桌客人還是三桌(包含我們)
那小姐人超級親切, 會一直跟你寒暄,
臉上都一直帶著笑容, 是很真誠的笑容 : )
當然每道菜都會跟你講解
很像朋友, 不太像一個在幫你服務的人 !

Melody 你應該要叫 Niki 賺多一點錢帶你去吃!!! :D
非常推薦有要去漢堡渡假的人喔!
